Do's and Don'ts: A Note to Fifteen-Year-Old Me

DISCLAIMER: The list above was written by me for me. They were not written as an actual directive or to be an actual guide for anyone else’s bisexuality; just my own. Everyone’s story is different, just like everyone’s list would be different if they made one. I was trying to come out to my family and didn’t know how. So I wrote these lists as a way for me to understand my experience and what exactly I would say to fifteen-year-old me if given the opportunity.  It was a way to understand and figure out how I wanted my processing of what I was feeling to continue. It’s pretty messy, occasionally funny, but ultimately, personal.
